You need simple tools to support your nervous system, so you can handle the bedtime chaos & full blown meltdowns over Elsa cups.

You need a full-to-the-brim bum-bag of language & techniques that help you handle the family trips to Kmart & refusal to pack-up their Lego.

You need a tribe to connect with, who can laugh & nod their head as you vent about the sleepless nights & funny shit your kids do on the daily.

You need to let your hair down & have a little FUN, so you remember what it’s like to be YOU, and not just in mum/dad-mode all the time.

And so we've created a space for you to come & receive:

FACILITATORS

Jo Barker from Tap Happy will be leading us through a 45-min session to cultivate inner peace & nervous system soothing using profound EFT Tapping techniques! A simple practice you can easily incorporate into your daily life, to support yourself in navigating the challenging, overwhelming moments of parenting (like full meltdowns over the wrong colour cup) - and feel more anchored & at peace. @_tap_happy_

Isabella Catena from Raising Empowered Kids will be leading us through a 45-min session to understand how to set boundaries your kids *actually* respond to, whilst having an approach that is loving & empowering. These tangible tools, language scripts & knowledge will allow you to communicate & follow through with so much more ease - freeing up ample energy in your parenting & helping you feel equipped to handle any scenario (yep, even the ones you're used to repeating yourself 100 times or fighting an uphill battle in). @raising.empoweredkids

Oya Krishna will be leading us through a 30-min ecstatic dance, inviting you to connect deeply with your body's sensations, moving overwhelm into joy in the most FUN way possible This fun form of embodied, intuitive movement will have you laughing, smiling & feeling light again - yay for this!! @oya.krishna

You'll also have 30 mins of mingle-time, with a yummy grazing platter to finish - the opportunity to connect with like-hearted parents & maybe even make a new bestie?!

~ you're ready to breathe a sigh of relief, & add some new tools to your toolkit.

Essentially, you wanna feel a heck of a lot more connected, anchored & equipped as you raise your tiny humans!

This is a kid-free event, as we want to give you (as the parent) an opportunity to really drop in & recieve. 

BYO picnic rug, cushions, camping chairs, bolster - whatever will help you feel comfy to sit on for the first half of the event (before we get boogying). The event space has floorboards, so keep that in mind for comfort.

Toilets available & the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Open to parents/foster parents/guardians of children of all ages.

First release tickets (20 available): $45

Second release tickets (25 available): $53

Final release tickets (25 available): $60

For 'bring a friend/partner' tickets, please only select ONE ticket for two people (you will need to pop the second persons name on the booking form).

Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferrable. 

Event is being held at Red Hill Mechanics Hall, Red Hill (on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC, Australia)
