Cancellation Policy

Mentoring Commitment: Once we begin our mentoring series I consider myself to be fully committed to you and your growth. I know YOU will be committed to you too. This commitment includes you going through the entire coaching series from start to finish, including the financial commitment that accompanies that. If after our first full session together you feel that a mentoring series is no longer right for you, I will gladly refund you the next sessions in the month you are yet to have, (if there is one outstanding), and release you from your coaching commitment. Once we have moved into session two however – we are in all the way. No part of your coaching series is refundable past session one. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping your appointment. I understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. I do not charge cancellation fees for this, but do encourage you to please give me as much notice as you can to change our usual time. Session Timings: Each of your mentoring sessions will go for a minimum of one hour. If you arrive or are late for your appointment please be aware that due to other appointments or commitments, it is unlikely I will be able to extend your session time. If you are going to be more than ten minutes late for your session it is greatly appreciated if you could please let me know this with as much notice as possible. Personal: You acknowledge that the mentoring series may be personally challenging and give rise to emotions such as frustration, grief, defeat. You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress caused directly or indirectly in relation to your mentoring series. You will not hold me responsible for not achieving, (in whole or part), any of your goals and recognise that outside of coaching session. You will indemnify me in the event of any such claim.
