Time & Location

15 Feb 2026, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Mornington, 18 Progress St, Mornington VIC 3931, Australia

Program Details:

Motherhood changes everything.

Your body. Your relationships. Your nervous system. And quietly… your identity.

“I love my kids but I don’t recognise myself anymore”

“I feel different, but I can’t explain how”

“I miss parts of me, and I don’t know how to access them now”

At some point, most of us thought we knew exactly who we were.

And then we became mothers.

Suddenly, the things that once defined us feel blurry. Our expectations of parenting clash with reality. Our priorities shift, and yet the world still expects us to be exactly the same.

In this Mum Club session, we’ll gently explore:

~ How identity is formed (and why motherhood shakes it up so much)

~ Why feeling lost, conflicted or disconnected doesn’t mean something is wrong with you

~ Who you are right now, not who you “should” be

~ What this current season of motherhood is asking of you

This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect, without pressure to fix, or 'know' the answers.

This isn’t about going back to who you were

You’re not meant to “bounce back”. You’re meant to become.

February’s Mum Club is a nourishing, real and grounded space for mothers navigating the identity shifts of matrescence: the often-unspoken transition into motherhood that reshapes who you are at your core.

This Mum Club will be mix of wisdom shared from local Matresence Coach, Emma Reddie & time to connect, feel seen and heard in small groups of 3 with other mums reconnecting to their identity too.

Sunday February 15th, 4-5pm, The Nook, Mornington.

Spaces are limited to 15 to keep things connected & comfy.

Your Facilitators:

ree

Emma Reddie (@emma.reddie.conncection) is a matrescence coach, HR business partner, cosy crafter and mum to two wild little boys ~ aka someone who deeply understands the constant juggling act of modern motherhood.

Emma supports mothers through the identity shifts that come with becoming a mum, helping women reconnect with who they are now, not who they were “before kids”. Through 1:1 coaching and women’s circles, she creates spaces where mums can slow down, reflect, and make sense of the internal shifts they’re experiencing.

She has a particular passion for the beautifully messy tension of working mum life: the forever pull between ambition and presence, career and caregiving, self and service.

ree

Isabella Catena (@raising.empoweredkids) is a parenting coach, with a big passion for creating spaces on the Mornington Peninsula where mums feel more supported & connected. She has worked with kids & families for over 10 years, and sees how the lack of a 'Village' impacts daily motherhood. She's on a mission to create that for mums in the community, to feel seen, heard and get their needs met - so they can show up more calm, energised and present with their kids.
