What if you could gift yourself 90 minutes that leave your body buzzing, your heart full, and your nervous system deeply exhaled?
Welcome to January Mum Club: a soul-filling collab designed to support every layer of a mum’s wellbeing: your energy, your mood, your strength, and your sense of connection.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of feel-good pilates: nothing intense, just delicious movement that reconnects you to your body, builds strength, and grounds your energy.
Then we shift into 45 minutes of quality, real connection in small groups of 3: the kind where you laugh, share, feel seen, and remember why community is the antidote to mum-life overwhelm.
Think:
✨ Movement that wakes you up from the inside
✨ Conversations that nourish your whole system
✨ A circle of mums who “get it”
✨ Healthy snacks + herbal tea to comfort your nervous system
✨ A space where you get to soften, play, and fill your own cup
You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, connected, and deeply supported (the perfect way to begin 2026 if you ask me).
This is your permission slip to come home to yourself… and have a really good time doing it.
Location: The Yoga Co, Baxter. 15 spots available to keep this super connected. Mats and props provided.
A little about your facilitators..
Isabella (@raising.empoweredkids) is a parenting coach, with an deep passion for supporting Mums in feeling more equipped to handle the tricky moments with their kids and nourished in their nervous system, heart and soul. She believes that when Mum's have access to spaces like this, they go back into leading their tiny humans with more presence, playfulness and patience: because they are offering from overflow, instead of survival.
Monique (@veramethod_) is a Pilates instructor and a mum to a gorgeous two year old. She supports busy women (espeically mums!) in building strength, restoring energy & moving with intention; so they can feel grounded and confident in the everyday chaos.
