Join Isabella for an online Bedtime Yoga & Mindfulness Class.
A fun & engaging flow of classic poses, stories, breathing exercises, meditation & a mindfulness experience to finish. For this particular class, we'll be focusing on the power of words & making our very own affirmation card.
Group sizes are small so Isabella has a chance to connect with each child during the mindfulness experience.
One booking per household (siblings are welcome to join in).
