An EMPOWERING workshop to support you in connecting to your inner power; through visualisation, creative drawing & community connection.  

'Power' can feel like a big, scary word; but to us, power is about feeling LIT UP within yourself. Exuding confidence, self trust and surety in all that you show up for in life, and how you feel within yourself. This will be a deeply safe & held journey within, and your body, in all it's wisdom, will only take you as far as you're willing to go. Everything offered in this space is an invitation to crack open the door to your inner confidence, strength & power. Gently.

THE WORKSHOP:

~ a visualisation practice to tap you into your inner power, confidence & passion.

~ a creative drawing experience, expressing what power feels like in your bod through colour & shape.

~ connection, offering you the opportunity to embody & share your power (leaving you feeling energised & lit up).

*No artistic experience needed, just a willingness to explore! All creative materials will be supplied.*
