'I Am Connected' Kids Yoga Workshop

Feeling connected to ones self & the community/world around us is such an integral part of our THRIVING as human beings. 

Using yoga, meditation & a creative mindfulness experience as the vessel, children will develop and deepen this sense of loving connection towards themselves, others and the wider community. Evoking a sense of peace and belonging in their being.

Isabella is a 50hr Qualified Kids Yoga Instructor, and Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Educator. She has 8+ years experience guiding children, and is an incredibly passionate leader in the space of conscious guiding of children.

This workshop will be held at the Yoga Co, 640 Frankston-Flinders Road, Baxter.
